These terms govern access to King Lead Lab, a service operated by King Process Strategy. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
King Lead Lab organizes commercial project signals, company paths, and workflow tools to help customers identify and pursue opportunities. Lead records may come from public, licensed, or customer-provided sources. Records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or removed.
No guarantee of awards or accuracy
We work to improve accuracy and clearly identify missing information, but we do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, unique, or suitable for a particular customer. We do not guarantee contact, bid access, contract awards, revenue, or any other business outcome. Customers must verify important facts with the original source and exercise their own judgment.
Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for account security and activity under your login. Access is limited to authorized users covered by the purchased plan and any separately agreed rollout terms. You may use lead information for your own legitimate business development. You may not resell the database, systematically copy or scrape the service, share credentials outside your organization, evade usage limits, disrupt the service, or use information unlawfully.
AI-assisted output
AI explanations and drafts are provided as working assistance, not professional advice or verified fact. Review all output before relying on it or sending it to another person. Do not use the service to generate deceptive, unlawful, or abusive outreach.
If you use Sales Copilot or live transcription, you are responsible for informing every participant, obtaining any required permission, and complying with applicable recording, transcription, employment, privacy, and communications laws. Transcript text, notes, selected lead context, and company-profile information are sent to OpenAI when coaching is requested; raw microphone audio is not sent to King Lead Lab or OpenAI.
Billing
Paid plans renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Setup and recurring charges may appear together in the initial Stripe checkout. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling are described in our Billing & Cancellation Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. Customers may cancel recurring service as described in the billing policy.
Ownership
King Lead Lab, its software, branding, compiled database, scoring, organization, and original content belong to King Process Strategy or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of information they submit, while granting us permission to process it to provide and improve the service.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, King Process Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, missed opportunities, source-data errors, or customer business decisions.
Changes and contact
