Security & AI

Clear rules for a system your team can trust.

KLL handles account information, business profiles, lead context, and optional AI-assisted workflows. This page explains the boundaries in plain language so a team knows what is processed before it turns a feature on.

No raw microphone audio is sent to KLL or OpenAI. Transcript text and notes are processed only when Sales Copilot coaching is used.
Core controls

Access, data, and customer control.

The product is designed around account-scoped access and clear customer actions. Use the account controls, billing controls, and profile controls to manage the workspace your team actually needs.

Account-scoped access

Customers sign in through their own account. Paid access and Enterprise features are checked before protected workspaces load.

Least-needed lead context

Lead records, business profiles, saved work, and notes are used to provide the workflow a customer requests.

Customer-managed billing

Payment details are handled by Stripe. Customers manage recurring billing and cancellation through the billing flow.

Deletion requests

Customers can request correction or deletion of account information through the contact path described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-assisted features

Useful assistance, not invisible automation.

AI output is a working draft for a salesperson. It is not a verified fact, a legal opinion, or a replacement for checking the original source record.

01Lead explanations

Selected lead and profile context may be processed to explain fit, timing, scope, contact paths, and a recommended next move.

02Outreach drafts

Draft language can be generated from the opportunity and company context you choose. Review it before sending.

03Sales Copilot

When enabled, transcript text, notes, selected lead context, and company-profile information are sent to OpenAI for coaching updates.

Sales Copilot boundaries

The person on the other end of the call matters too.

Live transcription should be used only after the salesperson has provided any notice and obtained any permission required for the conversation, recording, workplace, and jurisdiction.

What leaves the browserTranscript text, typed notes, and the selected opportunity/profile context when coaching updates run.
What does not leave as audioRaw microphone audio is not sent to KLL or OpenAI. The browser or device speech-recognition service may process audio to create the transcript.
What the salesperson controlsStarting, pausing, stopping, clearing, and saving a copilot session. Unsaved drafts remain on the device until the user chooses to save.
What still requires judgmentAI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Verify lead facts, use professional judgment, and review every draft before outreach.
