King Lead Lab is operated by King Process Strategy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to customers and website visitors.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, business email, company name, plan, and login activity. Customers may also provide business profiles, preferred project types, service territories, saved leads, notes, pipeline status, and other information used to personalize the product.
Our lead intelligence may include project and company information from public records, public websites, licensed providers, customer submissions, and other lawful sources. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe; King Lead Lab does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate subscriptions, personalize lead matching, provide requested AI-assisted analysis, support customers, protect the service, and improve signal quality. We may send account, billing, product, and lead-alert communications related to the service.
AI-assisted features
When a customer requests an AI-assisted explanation or outreach draft, relevant business-profile and lead context may be processed by an AI service provider. We do not send payment card details. AI output may be incomplete and should be reviewed before business decisions or outreach.
When Sales Copilot is used, transcript text, sales notes, selected lead context, and company-profile information are sent to OpenAI to generate pre-call or live coaching. King Lead Lab does not send raw microphone audio to OpenAI or store raw call audio. The browser or device speech-recognition service may separately process audio to create transcript text.
Customers must inform call participants and obtain any permission required before enabling live transcription or AI coaching. Do not use Sales Copilot for a conversation when notice or permission has not been provided.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, payments, email, analytics, and AI processing. They receive only the information needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update business-profile information in the product and manage billing through Stripe Portal. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email Hello@kingprocessstrategy.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, or legal compliance.
